Am Freitag, 13.11. hat Paris und damit Frankreich, Europa und die friedliebende Welt einen menschenfeindlichen Gewaltangriff erlitten.
Wir sind entsetzt und voller Mitgefühl für die Opfer und ihre Angehörigen. Es wird lange dauern, bis die Zivilgesellschaft darauf eine Antwort findet. Wir lassen uns nicht entmutigen und stehen als professionelle Helferinnen und Helfer mit unserem Mitgefühl, unserem Wissen und Können den Betroffenen bei.
Unsere EMDR Europe Präsidentin, Isabel Fernandez schrieb folgendes an Martin Teboul, den Vorsitzenden von EMDR Frankreich:
Dear Martin and French colleagues, we would like to express all our support to your country and to the French EMDR community. Many colleagues are calling and writing around the different countries to tell how close they feel to all of you and how painful these attacks are for everybody. We all feel that EMDR will have an important role in everything that is going on. Please, tell the French board that we are ready to support you in any phase of this experience and we can help you to intervene if you have the chance to get organized as EMDR France to support survivors. We are aware that you are victims yourselves, so we would like to share with you that we are all thinking of you. Take care, Isabel
